  • Bill – another term for banknote

  • Credit – the amount you have in play
  • Deal/draw – take a card
  • Double-up – double or quits
  • Free spin/game – an additional spin at the wheels, or whole game for free
  • Gamble – playing for money
  • Game – any kind of a game for money at the Casino
  • Hits – success at the machine
  • Insert – feeding the machine
  • Last bet – when you put your final stakes
  • Line/payline – game or winning line
  • Min bet – the least amount you can bet in a game
  • Max bet – the most you can bet in a game
  • Multi-denomination – selection of coins or banknotes
    (such as: 5 cents, 10 cents, 50 cents, 1 euro)
  • Payout – your winnings
  • Repeat bet – putting in as much as you did the time before
  • Scattered – fruit machine symbols spread around without forming a line or row

  • Ticket – cashless credit for payment as your bet at most machines, or for paying out in cash at the cash desk
